Congress Dinner

There will be a conference dinner one evening during IPC9. The cost of the dinner will be included in the registration.

Public Event

We hope to organise a public event one evening during the congress. Full details will appear when they have been finalised.

Organised Trips

We hope to organise several trips for delegates both before and after the meeting.  

Possible trips include visits to penguin colonies at Boulders Beach and/or Stony Point; winery tours and birding trips around the Cape peninsula. 

Please note these trips are likely to incur an additional cost.

Registration

The standard registration fee will be R5000. 
There will be a reduced ‘early-bird’ fee of R4500 for those booking before  11th March 2016. 
Late registrations after  1st August 2016 will be charged at R6000.

The registration fee for  students will be R3000.
All these registration fees will include access to all scientific sessions, lunches and refreshment breaks, the ice breaker and the conference dinner, as well as abstract booklets, etc.

The registration fee for accompanying persons of R2000 includes lunches and refreshment breaks as well as the ice breaker and conference dinner.

The registration fee for exhibitors will be R5000. The fee will include exhibition space, access for one person to scientific sessions, lunches and refreshment breaks as well as the ice breaker for one person, and one copy of the abstract booklets. Additional delegates from a single exhibitor may register at the accompanying person rate. 

There will also be a day delegate rate of R1200 per day for those who can only attend on some of the days.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations will be refunded in full if cancelled prior to 1st August 2016. From 1st August 2016 until 1 September 2016 any cancellations will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after 1 September 2016 will not be entitled to any refund.
